Class Project #1

I’m a new developer taking my first Web Development class and requesting any feed back on how to use this Readme.md, feed back on my changes, and feed back on how to become a better Dev.

When styling a link I had to add a :visited pseudo-class with the color Red because the when link was clicked on the default color was blue and I need the color to remain red to make the mock up page correct.

Had to add a div elements to the About and Portfolio sections to center all the content to match the mock up page.
